Not great directions on how to get to your room. Signs are confusing.

The room was extremely beautiful. We did think we were going to get a balcony. Because we were on the third floor and it looked as though all the rooms were. So that was a little disappointing but it was very quiet, clean, and magnificent! We stayed there and didn't want to leave! ...read more

We liked everything.

We arrived after at least 12 inches of snow, hotel did a great job of clearing walkways and entrances and exits. Close to shopping, possible to walk, excellent winter Christmas spent here, we enjoyed our first winter stay here. Stayed here 12 years ago in summer and found it enjoyable then too. The cookies were amazingly good!

Lobby is on the 2nd floor and no one mentioned this to me, so I was lost on 1st floor for 5 minutes!

I would highly recommend this hotel! It has everything; warm cookies, big rooms, beautiful scenery, and a wonderful staff!
